The Proposed Concept is an iconic Touristic and Residential Development featuring a Heritage Village, two modern high rise towers along with an Exhibition / Expo Center and an outdoor Amphitheatre.

The project Site is located in South Obhur and on Corniche Road. It’ strategically located at the intersection of King AbdulAziz Road and Corniche Road.

The Site is a fish shaped parcel of land spanning a total land area of 104,780 sqm.

The envisaged mixed use development on the Subject Site will feature two towers at the centre of the site. The towers will have a height restriction of 94m. The lot boasts an 886 metres wide frontage on Corniche Road.   The proposal re-presents Around 80% of the land allocated to the public and 20% for investment use.
