Pilot project designed to serve staff of adjacent hospitals ( 500 bed/ 400 bed / 300 bed/ 200 bed ) , project was implemented on 172 site.

The proposal was an answered to society needs from modern life requirements as the project provided full facility that serve the local community with sport , gathering space , educationally facility .and retail shops , in additional to selected play ground surrounded with unique landscape design.
